Day 1: Arrival
transfer to hotel for check-in.
Visit Old Dhaka City. Sadarghat (Waterfront), Lalbagh Fort, Dhakeshwari Temple, etc.
Dinner at Sung Garden restaurant
Day 2
Breakfast at hotel Start to Dhamrai.
Dhamrai area around 40 km from Dhaka. Once Dhamrai used to be a whole craft village and they used to work with brass. For generations, Dhamrai has been the house of crafts like metal casting and pottery. But these traditional occupations are now in danger, as those could not compete with modernization in course of time.
Lunch at Parjatan Restaurant
Kakran pottery village, Savar. Earlier, when there was widespread use of pots & utensils made from clay, most of the people of this village used to be potters. Now you will see that only few families are still trying to hold this profession as their living. But you will be amazed by their traditional technique.
Back to hotel & Dinner.
Day 3
Breakfast at hotel.
Start to Sonargaon (Panam city), 27km to the east. Which was the capital of Bengal from the 13th to early 17th century during the Chandra and Deva dynasty.
After Lunch
Visit the folklore museum at Sonargaon.
Back to hotel & Dinner.
Day 4
Breakfast at hotel.
Start to Airport
Visit Airport train station
